Poets: the next generation

Two writers will read for you in the MacDonald Room, Tuesday, October 7. 7:30 p.m.  Free and open to the public.

Shannon Webb-Campbell, winner of Egale Canada’s Out in Print Award, is critic-in-residence for Canadian Women in the Literary Arts. Still No Word (Breakwater Books, 2015) will be her first book of poetry. She is earning her MFA in Creative Writing at the University of British Columbia and lives in Halifax.

Jaime Forsythe is the author of Sympathy Loophole (Mansfield Press, 2012). She edited the Invisible Publishing anthology Transits: Stories from In-Between. Her work has appeared in publications such as Lemon Hound, This Magazine, Geist, The Puritan, and The New Quarterly. She lives in Halifax.
